Welcome to TailTocks! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website tailtocks.com, including any purchases of our handcrafted wagging-tail pet clocks and custom art timepieces.

1. General Store Terms

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence. You may not use our products for any unauthorized or illegal purpose, nor violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

2. Products & Handcrafted Variations

Each TailTocks clock is laser-cut from ultra-dense 5mm cast acrylic and hand-assembled with silent quartz sweep movements. Because each timepiece involves artisanal hand finishing, slight subtle variations in color hue or edge reflection may occur, making every clock truly unique.

We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to modify prices or discontinue any product at any time without prior notice.

3. Custom Pet Clock Photo Submissions

When you purchase a Custom Hand-Drawn Pet Clock, you provide photographs of your pet. By submitting photos to TailTocks, you represent and warrant that you own or have the lawful right to submit the images. You grant TailTocks an exclusive license to reproduce and adapt the photo solely for creating your digital portrait design and clock product.

4. Accuracy of Billing & Shipping Information

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all orders. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and shipping details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no case shall TailTocks, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, or artisans be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of any of our products.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States.
