1. Processing & Crafting Times

• Ready-Made Clocks (Dogs & Cats): Hand-assembled, inspected, and dispatched from our atelier within 1–3 business days.
• Custom Pet Portrait Clocks: Hand-drawn digital illustration proof sent via email within 48 hours. Once you approve the artwork, laser-cutting, UV printing, and assembly take 5–7 business days before dispatch.

As soon as your clock is carefully packaged and our courier scans your parcel, you will receive an automatic dispatch confirmation email containing your Tracking Number and a direct tracking link (USPS, FedEx, DHL, or Royal Mail).

Please allow 24–48 hours for the carrier’s tracking system to show live transit updates.

4. Packaging Protection

We treat every clock as a piece of functional art. Each clock is packed with a protective scratch-resistant surface film, suspended in 30mm precision-cut high-density foam, and encased in a 5-layer heavy corrugated box with corner reinforcement.

5. Customs, Taxes & Duties

For US domestic orders, state sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout where applicable. For international orders, shipments are delivered DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) and local customs fees may occasionally apply depending on your national import thresholds.
