1. 30-Day Happy-Pet Guarantee (Ready-Made Clocks)

If you are not completely enchanted with your ready-made pet clock within 30 days of receiving your package, you are welcome to return it for a full refund of the product purchase price or an exchange for another breed.

To qualify for a standard return:

• The clock must be in its original condition, free of scratches or wall scuffs;
• All original packaging materials, mounting hardware, and protective film must be included;
• Please email [email protected] with your Order ID to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

2. 100% Free Transit Damage Replacement (Zero-Risk Guarantee)

Acrylic wall clocks are delicate precision items. In the rare event that your clock arrives cracked, scratched, or damaged by courier handling, do NOT worry!

Simply take 1–2 photos of the damaged item and packaging box and email them to [email protected] within 7 days of delivery. We will immediately dispatch a brand new replacement clock free of charge, with complimentary priority tracked shipping. You do not need to return the broken item.

3. Custom Hand-Drawn Pet Clocks Policy

Because custom pet clocks are individually drawn by our digital artists and laser cut to match your pet’s exact silhouette, custom orders cannot be returned once physical manufacturing has commenced.

• Digital Proof Revision: We provide digital proofs within 48 hours and offer unlimited artwork revisions until you are 100% satisfied.
• Cancellation: You may cancel for a full refund anytime before approving your digital artwork proof.
• Transit & Defect Warranty: Custom clocks are fully covered under our free transit damage replacement and 2-year movement warranty.

4. 2-Year Quartz Movement Warranty

Every TailTocks clock features an ultra-silent sweep quartz mechanism and electromagnetic swinging pendulum. We guarantee the movement against mechanical defects for 2 full years from the purchase date. If your clock stops keeping accurate time or the tail stops swinging under normal battery operation, we will ship a replacement movement unit or clock free of charge.

5. Return Shipping & Refunds

For voluntary returns under our 30-day guarantee, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once your returned clock is inspected at our atelier, refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
